Myofascial Massage

Myofascial release massage relieves tension in fascia, the connective tissue around muscles and organs. This therapy targets tightness to alleviate pain and improve movement. I apply gentle, sustained pressure, using hands (and sometimes tools) to release tension and boost blood flow. Many experience increased flexibility and reduced pain. Myofascial sessions do not incorporate the use of lotion or oil.
